REGISTRATION POLICY

  • One registration serves ONE (1) participant only.

  • Registrations may not be transferred to anyone.

  • Only paying participants will be allowed access to the virtual innovation week and receive innovation certificates. 

  • Once the registration fees have been paid there will be no refunds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel will forfeit their registration fees. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. InNow 2024 reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum registration is not met. In the event of an InNow 2024 cancellation, all registration fees will be refunded.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Exceptions to this policy will be made in rare and unusual situations by the Organising Committee only if there is evidence that the no-show occurred because of unanticipated events beyond the control of the participants, and that every option available to the participants to present the innovation was exhausted.
